- A candidate for admission should apply on the prescribed application form, which can be obtained from admission office or download from the website.
- Admission form, completed in all respects, should be submitted to the office by date announced.
- No application will be entertained after the due date.
- Attested photo-copies of the following documents should be enclosed with the admission form.
- Matriculation or equivalent certificate.
- Intermediate or equivalent certificate. (for admission in bachelor programmes)
- Bachelor or equivalent degree. (for admission in master programmes)
- Character certificate from the institution last attended.
- Authorized certificate of Hafiz-e-Quran. (if applicable)
- Computerized National Identity Card.
- Three most recent passport-size photographs with blue background and name on their back.
- Admission form will be rejected, if not duly signed by the candidate, father/guardian or both.
